Aside from my passion for the outdoors I also love to read and write. I'm a keen photographer and have recently started to paint and draw in my spare time. 

I'm a jack of all trades and a master of none and will give almost anything a crack. 

I'm Lisa. I was born and bred in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. I'm a Physical Education and Outdoor Education teacher by trade. As you probably guessed I love travel, being active and outdoors.

I am well known for:

• My sheer terror when on rides at amusement parks
  
• Always wearing plaid shirts
  
• Trademarking what is now known as the 'Dessert Bagel'
  

I love skiing, hiking, cycling and paddling. Anything that gets me outdoors and in nature is good to me. And yes, I did have dreadlocks at one point in my life!

I'm just trying to live life to the fullest and love the challenge that travel and adventure provide. What is life if not a challenge? Boring is the answer!
